The prosecuting counsel representing the Federal government has filed an exparte application to the court to allow them to:

1. Have their witnesses testify behind a screen. (Conceal their faces from being identified)
2. To have the witnesses identities protected. (To hide the name, age and state of origin of the witness).
3. To play a recorded audio as evidence.

Meanwhile, the presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho granted the motion in court.

However, argument over possible live arraignment of the prosecution’s witnesses are being made.
